Our stay at Novotel Erlangen was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The family-friendly atmosphere was evident throughout the hotel, with thoughtful amenities like a kitchenette in our room and a play area for the kids.The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We were pleasantly surprised by the little touches, like a baby cot set up for our youngest and a special gift for the girls upon check-in. The optional eco-friendly initiative allowing us to skip daily room cleaning was a nice touch that resonated with our values.The hotel's proximity to the train station and the old town made it convenient for us to explore the area. Although we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, the enticing aromas from the restaurant left us curious for a future visit. Novotel Erlangen exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it for families looking for a warm and welcoming stay in Bavaria.
